Our Parking Lots

Our five parking lots are open 7 days a week and are fully staffed from 6 am to 10 pm Monday – Friday. For your convenience, we offer daily parking, monthly parking for GTI residential residents, business tenants, and South End residents based on availability. Lots are located near I93, I90, South Boston, and in walking distance of Back Bay.

The Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is called the SoWa Art + Design District. Our name refers to the shortening of “South of Washington (St.).” SoWa is a community of artist studios, art galleries, boutiques, design showrooms, design businesses, and restaurants. Neighborhood events include SoWa Open Market, the SoWa Vintage Market, First Fridays, and holiday events. Our parking lots provide parking close to all the activities.
